N. Bayryyev, IV year student in the Faculty of Law of the Turkmen state university named after Magtymguly, successfully participated in the XXIII International scientific research competition «Best scientific work – 2025», organised by the International centre for scientific cooperation «Science and education» in Penza, Russian Federation.

In the «Legal sciences» competition category, a student from a Turkmen university presented his research paper on the topic «Legal foundations of national security of Turkmenistan and mechanisms for ensuring it».

Following the competition, scientific work of Bayryyev received high praise from the jury, and the student was awarded a II degree Diploma of winner.

N. Bayryyev participated in the International research competition remotely. His research was supervised by O. Suhanberdiyeva, a senior lecturer in the Department of constitutional law at Turkmen state university named after Magtymguly and a candidate of legal sciences.

It should be added that the best scientific works of the authors who became winners of the annual International scientific research competition are traditionally published in special collections of scientific articles. Based on the results of the competition, a collection of articles is compiled within five days and made publicly available on eLibrary.ru, largest scientific electronic library of Russia, integrated with the Russian science citation index (RSCI).
