The Institute of international relations of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Turkmenistan will hold the IV Olympiad in history, mathematics, Turkmen, and English among schoolchildren across the country, dedicated to International education day.

Students from 12^th grade secondary schools in Ashgabat, Arkadag and all regions of the country are invited to participate in the Olympiad.

Those wishing to participate must complete the participant form by the 20^th of March and send it to the organising committee by email: parahatchylygynchaparlary@gmail.com.

Confirmation of registration, indicating the exact date and time of the Olympiad, will be sent to the email addresses of participants by the 3^rd of April.

The Olympics will be held in two stages, scheduled for the 6^th to 27^th of April, respectively.

The winners of the Olympiad, who took I, II and III places, will be awarded certificates of honour and commemorative gifts. In addition, participants who excel in the competition will receive incentive prizes. The awards ceremony for the Olympiad winners will take place at the IIR of the MFA of Turkmenistan on the 8^th of May, during the Open Day for future university applicants.

The main goals and objectives of the Olympiad are to identify the most talented schoolchildren, assess the level of knowledge of students in the academic subjects included in the entrance examination program, and support and develop the intellectual and creative abilities of young people in various fields of science.

The Olympiad, under the motto «Watanyň daýanjy – bilimli ýaşlar, Arkadagly Gahryman Serdaryň guwanjy ýaşlar!», is held annually by the university in honour of the International day of education, proclaimed by the UN General Assembly to commemorate the important role of education in achieving global peace and universal sustainable development.
