The international seminar was held under the guidance of professors from Keio University in Tokyo, one of Japan’s leading universities. The event was organized with the aim of in-depth study of the role of the rule of law in modern society and the development of experience-sharing among participating countries.

The seminar program included the study of issues related to the rule of law and legislation, the modernization of legal systems, and advanced international experience in this field. As part of the program, lectures, thematic seminars, and discussions were conducted.

During the course, sessions were held on modern methods of developing legal culture, through which participants gained valuable knowledge and experience. The participants also visited the Keio University Museum, where educators were presented with historical information on the development of the Japanese education system, the founding of the university, and its scientific and cultural heritage. The excursion not only broadened the participants’ horizons but also clearly demonstrated the close relationship between knowledge and culture.
