VIII session of International Ahalteke Equestrian Associations starts work in Ashgabat

VIII session of International Ahalteke Equestrian Associations started work in Ashgabat. The agenda of the meeting, which is traditionally held before the Day of Turkmen Horse, includes the subjects of development of horse breeding and sports and objectives of this organization.

Founded in 2010, International Ahalteke Equestrian Association with its headquarter in Ashgabat became efficient form of cooperation of horse breeders from different countries specialized in growing of thoroughbred ahalteke horses, improvement of this breed and development of its outstanding merits. Coordinated activity of the members of the association allows making new conditions for breeding and popularization of ahalteke horses across the world for the preservation of the this breed itself and for the significance of ahalteke horse as unique phenomenon of the world culture. This is one of the conceptual objectives of the organization outlined by President of International Ahalteke Equestrian Association Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Every year, the outcomes of work of the association and perspective plans of cooperation, specific objectives of practical cooperation are reviewed at the sessions of the organization held before the Day of Turkmen Horse. Such meetings of the colleagues and professionals give new impulse to joint efforts, fill it with new content and enrich with joint projects, actual ideas and business contacts.
