Turkmenistan will increase the scales of work to increase the number of ‘heavenly’ horses

Speaking during the VIII session of the International Ahelteke Horse Breeding Association, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the moments that illustrate the stages of conducted work, including the exchange of experience and the establishment of new information channels to promote the Turkmen horse breeding at the world arena and upgrade the qualification of Turkmen specialists in this sphere.

The journal “Heavenly Ahalteke horses”, published by the International Ahelteke Horse Breeding Association in the Turkmen, Russian and English languages plays an important role in providing the information support to this work. The special web-site that provide a comprehensive picture about the Ahalteke horse breeding and all the events related with horses was created in order to reflect and widely popularize the work of the Association and Turkmen horse breeders.

Due to their unique exterior and beauty, Ahalteke horses that attract the attention of connoisseurs of horses, are bred in a number of countries today. “It is very pleasant that since the establishment of the Association, the number of connoisseurs, who love to breed ‘heavenly’ horses, increases all around the world with every passing year”, said the Turkmen leader, expressing satisfaction with the fruitful partnership between Turkmen horse breeders and their foreign counterparts.

“This phenomenal breed has significantly contributed to the formation of world horse breeding art. Continuing the ancient traditions of horse breeding, we will increase the scales of work on breeding ‘heavenly’ horses and will hand them over to the younger generations, increasing their love for horses”, said the President of Turkmenistan.
