The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to hand over the Ministry of Utility Services under the supervision of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture and rename it as the Department of Utility Services of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the document:

Hyakimliks of velayats, etraps and cities shall ensure the provision of utility services, improvement and cleanup of relevant territories;

the Institute of Utility Services under the Department of Utility Services of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture shall be handed over under the supervision of the Ministry of Education in the established order;

the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who is in charge for the spheres of construction, energy and utility services shall establish the intersectoral commission and solve the issues on handing over the institutions and enterprises under the Department of Utility Services of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan under the supervision of relevant ministries, sectoral departments and hyakimliks within a period of one month in the established order;

The Ministry of Construction and Architecture:

shall draft the Charter of the Department of Utility Services and approve it in the established order;

jointly with the Ministry of Justice, shall draft the proposals on amending the legislation of Turkmenistan based on this Resolution and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers within a period of one month.
