On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and the people of the country on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Noting with satisfaction the currently growing, dynamic and progressive nature of Turkmen-Kyrgyz relations, based on the principles of good-neighborliness, friendship and mutual understanding, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his readiness to continue to maintain close cooperation for the benefit of the two peoples.
Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, the head of Turkmenistan addressed sincere wishes for good health, happiness, and well-being to President Sadyr Japarov, and to the fraternal people of the Kyrgyz Republic peace, continued progress, and prosperity.
