Noting the significant successes achieved by the Republic of Tajikistan over the years of independence in strengthening statehood, ensuring socio-economic development, and enhancing its authority in the international arena, the head of state emphasized the great importance Turkmenistan attaches to strengthening and expanding interstate relations.
