Citizens of the Russian Federation residing in Turkmenistan will be able to participate in voting for deputies to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The elections will be held on the 20th of September, 2026. Polling stations will be open from 8:00 to 20:00 local time.
To make things convenient for voters, five polling stations have been set up across the country.
Plot in the city of Ashgabat: Turkmenbashy shayoly avenue, house 11 (Department of education, science and culture of the Embassy of RF in Turkmenistan).
Plot in the city of Turkmenbashy: Magtymguly avenue, house 81a (Consular office of the Embassy of RF).
Plot in the city of Turkmenabat: Bitarap street, Turkmenistan, house 129A (Cultural centre of the Lebap velayat).
Plot in the city of Mary: Vatan street, house 31 (Building of the city hakimlik);
Plot in the city of Dashoguz: House 9, 10 yyl Abadanlyk street (Building of the city hakimlik).
Russian citizens who have reached the age of 18 can participate in the voting. Voters must come to the polling station in person and present a valid foreign, diplomatic or official passport.
