In accordance with the document, the land plots from the above fund shall be allocated to producers for a period of up to 99 years for the production of wheat, cotton and other agricultural crops, included into the state order for at least 70 percent of arable lands; and the production of other crops not included into the state order for scientifically grounded crop rotation, as well as the implementation of the plan on agricultural production under the state order.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management, the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Environmental Protection and Land Resources, in coordination with the Velayat Hyakimliks shall develop and approve the Procedures on allocation of land plots from the special agricultural land fund to the joint-stock companies of Turkmenistan, peasant associations, other legal entities and citizens.
