First, the President called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the situation in the capital, rates of construction, which are planned to be opened shortly, preparation to International Neutrality Day and New Year celebration.
Having listened to the report, the Head of the State pointed out at the utmost objectives for provision of proper functioning of municipal services. Special emphasis has been laid upon the preparation to planned cultural, mass and celebration events on occasion of International Neutrality Day and New Year. In this context, Turkmen leader ordered to hold celebration decoration of the city, its avenues and squares, parks and other public places under control.
Speaking of importance of opening of facilities, which are under construction in Ashgabat, the President addressed the Hyakim with specific assignments.
Hyakim of Ahal Velayat, S. Berdimuhamedov reported on the situation in the region. Information about integrated preparation to spring sowing campaign, fulfilment of agricultural equipment maintenance plan has been presented.
Construction of facilities in compliance with timelines and quality of works was a separate subject of the report. The Head of regional administration has also reported on the programme of celebration events timed to International Neutrality Day and New Year.
Summing up the report, the Head of the State noted the necessity of compliance of agricultural campaigns with scientifically based agrotechnical requirements.
Specific assignments have been given for construction of various facilities and high-level organization of coming celebration events.
Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gylyjov reported on the situation in the region, works for collection of cotton, care of winter crops, preparation of lands and agricultural equipment to spring sowing campaign.
The Head of administration of the western region has also informed about the rates of construction of new facilities and preparation to coming International Neutrality Day and New Year.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the necessity of acceleration of works related to successful solution of current objectives under fundamental reformation of agricultural complex.
Having focused on the situation at the construction sites of the region, the President ordered to hold the construction of social, cultural and industrial facilities under strict control.

Course of construction of the facilities, which are built under National rural programme and preparation to International Neutrality Day and New Year celebration have been highlighted in the report of the head of administration of the region.
Having listened to the report, the President noted the importance of proper organization of collection of the cotton, which remained in the fields, and timely settlement of payments with the farmers.
Special attention has to be paid to compliance of agrotechnical standards in the process of care of the winter crops, provision of comprehensive preparation of land and agricultural equipment to coming sowing campaign, the Head of the State said.
Timely commissioning of social and industrial facilities, which are under construction in the region, is among important objectives. Turkmen leader has also ordered to provide high organizational level of coming celebration events.
Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev reported on the work rates in cotton and grain production branches.
Information about facilities under construction in the region has also been presented. Preparation to International Neutrality Day and New Year celebration was a separate subject of the report.
Seasonal campaign in agricultural complex have to be based on scientific approach and fully comply with agrotechnical standards, the President noted, having pointed out the importance of implementation of advanced technologies to the sphere.

Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in agro industrial complex. At the same time, the Head of reginal administration informed about fulfilment of objectives outlined in National rural programme.
It was also reported on planned events on occasion of coming holidays and various events timed to them.

After, the Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev anf G. Myradov as well as Chairman of the Central Bank M. Annadurdiyev.
Vice-premier E. Orazgeldiyev who is in charge of agricultural complex, reported on the course of agricultural reforms and seasonal field works in the regions.
Having listened to the report, the President highlighted that it is necessary to use modern automated agricultural method taking into account soil characteristics of each region. Number of specific assignments was given for increment of production volumes of agricultural production including by improvement of productivity of agricultural crops.
Special focus has been made on the necessity of the approach to enhancement of production potential of agricultural sphere, introduction of scientific achievements, increment of production capacities of processing industry in the regions of the country.
Addressing Vice-premier G. Myradov, which is in charge of financial and economic institutes, and Head of the Central Bank M. Annadurdiyev, the Head of the State expressed interest in the situation in the branches of national economy.
The Vice-premier informed that the ministries and profile departments take integrated measures for successful fulfilment of planned activities as well as control the course of implementation of the Government programmes of social and economic development of the country.
Having requested to provide timely settlement of payments with farmers, who undertook the obligations for agricultural production, the Head of the State addressed Vice-premiers G. Myradov and E. Orazgeldiyev as well as Head of the Central Bank M. Annadurdiiyev to hold the fulfilment of this assignment under control.
