1. To abolish the Ministry of Industry and Construction Operations of Turkmenistan and the "Türkmensenagat" Agency and establish the Ministry of Industry and Construction Operations of Turkmenistan.
2. To define the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan as the legal successor of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan and the "Türkmensenagat" Agency.
3. To transfer the Türkmenendemirýollary Agency, Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency, Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency, Türkmenhowaýollary Agency and Türkmendeňizderýaýollary Agency of the abolished Ministry of Industry and Communication under the authority of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;
4. The Ministry of Industry and Construction Operations of Turkmenistan, the Türkmenendemirýollary Agency, Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency, Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency, Türkmenhowaýollary Agency and Türkmendeňizderýaýollary Agency jointly with the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers the following documents:
- draft Regulations on the Ministry of Industry and Construction Operations of Turkmenistan, the Türkmenendemirýollary Agency, Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency, Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency, Türkmenhowaýollary Agency and Türkmendeňizderýaýollary Agency;
- proposals for amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree.
