By the Resolution of President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and according to the article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan on Prosecution Authority of Turkmenistan:

Junior Counsellor of Justice Gurbandurdy Melyayev was appointed as the Deputy Prosecutor of Lebap Velayat and released from the post of Deputy Prosecutor of Mary Velayat;

II Class Counsel Didar Orazov was appointed as the Prosecutor of Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat;

II Class Counsel Shyhly Pellyaev was appointed as the Prosecutor of S. A. Niyazov etrap, Dashoguz Velayat;

I Class Counsel Ykram Pirov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of S. A. Niyazov etrap, Dashoguz Velayat;

Junior Counsellor of Justice Charymuhammet Agaorazov was released from the post of the Prosecutor of Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat due to the expiry of his office terms;

counsellor of Justice Begench Durdiyev was released from the post od the Deputy Prosecutor of Lebap Velayat due to expiry of his office terms.
