First, the Head of the state called Hyakim of Ashgabat Ya. Gylyjov who reported on the situation in the capital, rates of construction of buildings and facilities planned to be opened on occasion of the Independence Day and 25th anniversary of neutrality of the country. It was also reported on preparation to the events on occasion of National Spring Holiday – International Nowruz Day.
Having listened to the report, Turkmen leader focused on the necessity of timely fulfilment and completion of works at the facilities, which are planned to be opened on occasion of coming remarkable events, according to the requirements and on high quality level and addressed the head of capital’s administration with assignments on this account.
Speaking of coming summer season, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave instructions related to maintenance and commissioning of the facilities designated for recreation, having requested to provide strict control of fulfilment of this works.
It was mentioned that Nowruz Bayramy has to be held on organized level and solemn atmosphere. Specific assignments have been given for preparation to coming tree planting campaign.
After, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Ya. Gurbanov who reported on the situation in the region.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to implement strict control of quality and course of construction of facilities, which opening is planned on occasion of remarkable dates.
Special attention has to be paid to solution of the key objectives set in the programme of social and economic development of the region, the Head of the State noted, having highlighted that fundamental measures are aimed at increment of industrial potential and steadfast improvement of life level of the population of the velayat.
Having focused on importance of coming cotton sowing, the President requested to put all efforts for organized conduct of the sowing of this agricultural crop, in particular to prepare lands and seeding material as well as agricultural equipment.
The Head of the State highlighted necessity of increasing of lands for cultivation of potato and other agricultural crops, production of generous yields by careful treatment according to agricultural standards.
Speaking of the preparation of the velayat to International Nowruz Day and coming tree planting campaign, the President gave instructions to take all measures for high-level organization of the events.
Video conference session was continued by the report of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat T. Atahalliyev. The Head of the administration of the western region reported on work in the velayat.
Having noted that the sowing of cotton is one of the main agricultural campaigns, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to prepare to and conduct it on high level.
Having outlined increment of fields for cultivating of potato, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops among important objectives, the Head of the State addressed the Hyakim with relative assignments.
The Head of the regional administration received orders on proper organization of events on occasion of celebration of International Nowruz Day and tree planting campaign.
Video conference working session was continued with the report of Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayats N. Nazarmyradov who reported about situation in the region.
Summing up the report, the Head of the State noted importance of comprehensive preparation to coming remarkable events, in particular, on occasion of National Spring Holiday, having given certain assignments to the Hyakim. The celebration has to be held on high level and in solemn atmosphere, the President highlighted.
Speaking of coming seasonal agricultural works, the Head of the State gave instructions for the sowing of cotton according to set requirements. At the same time, acceleration of rates of works at the wheat fields, increment of lands for cultivation of other important agricultural crops and provision of high production have been highlighted.
The Hyakim of the velayat received relative instructions for high-level organization of national action of tree planting.
After, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Lebap Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev who reported on works in the velayat including on situation at the construction facilities, which are planned to be opened on occasion of coming celebrations, as well as on preparation of events on occasion of Nowruz Bayramy and preparation to national tree planting campaign.
Having expressed the interest in preparation to the cotton sowing, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the necessity of integrated approach to work in this direction.
Having highlighted important of proper organization of coming agricultural campaigns, the Head of the State requested to comply with agricultural technical requirements, which is a guarantee of good production.
Having noted that there is not much time left until summer season, the President ordered to start repairing health improving centres, having provided its timely completion, to implement strict control of fulfilment of these works.
The Hyakim was requested to hold under control the construction of facilities in compliance with high quality and commissioning time on occasion of coming celebrations.
Relative assignments were given for high-level organization of national action of tree planting, which would be held in the next few days.

Focusing on the utmost objectives of agricultural sector, the Head of the state demanded to approach organization of field works with full responsibility and to carry out this activity according to agricultural technical standards. The necessity of expansion of fields for potato and other agricultural crops has been also noted.
Having expressed interest in the situation at the facilities designated for summer holidays, the Head of the State ordered to make a schedule of repair and commissioning of the facilities and to hold these matters under special control.
