President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing:

to appoint first-class lawyer Kakadjan Amanmyradov as the Prosecutor of the Balkan Velayat, relieving him of the post of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap Velayat;

to dismiss Counselor of Justice Oraz Rozyev from the position as the Balkan Velayat Prosecutor;

to dismiss Junior Counselor of Justice Rahim Atayev from the position as the Mary Velayat Prosecutor due to a transfer to another appointment;

to appoint Junior Counselor of Justice Allanazar Niyazlyev as the Mary Velayat Prosecutor, relieving him of the post of the Deputy Prosecutor of the Dashoguz Velayat.
