President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing:

to appoint Seyitjan Yanybayev as a judge at the court of the Serakhs Etrap, Ahal Velayat, relieving him of the position of a judge at the court of the city of Turkmenabat, Lebap Velayat;

to appoint Serdar Allakov as a judge at the court of the city of Tejen, Ahal Velayat;

to appoint Govher Eshanova as a judge at the court of the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan Velayat;

to appoint Dovran Gurbanov as a judge at the court of S. Turkmenbashi Etrap, Dashoguz Velayat;

to release Gurt Gurbandurdyyev from the position as a judge at the court of Serahs Etrap, Ahal Velayat.
