In the Avaza national tourist zone a regular stage of construction continues. Among the projects under construction is a three-storey shopping centre the building of which is about to be completed soon.
The shopping complex is built in the northern part of the sea resort in the sector of health centres such as «Balkan», «Lebap», «Dashoguz» and other functioning sanatoriums and resorts. 40 000 square meters have been allotted for its construction and about 6000 square meters are designated for construction of buildings and erections. Its green space makes up 15000 and road pavement 19000 square meters of area.
The building of the shopping centre occupies over two and half thousand square meters. It consists of two blocks-a three-storey block “A” and a one-storey high ceiling block “B”. A useful area in the three-storey block is designated for shopping and recreation facilities. On the first floor shops for shoes, apparels, ready-made clothes, sports clothes, souvenirs, ,mobile telephones, beachwear and tourist accessories, costume jewellery, perfume, jewellery, carpet and other articles. On the upper floors of block “A” – a restaurant for 160 persons, bars, cafes, internet café, billiard room, ground for table tennis, and children games’ hall.
The central portal of the three-storey block looks onto the motorway on the coastal Avaza. On this part of the trade complex the marble facing and glazing of the faced with glasses continue. The inside the building the accomplishment of the vast hall-atrium with a high ceiling of about 16 meters has been given a start. A cupola with glassed sliding openings for natural airing and ventilation of the hall serves as a ceiling for the atrium lamp. Soon the installation of escalators will start and lifts have been already installed.
The hall is connected with a one-storey block “B”-a supermarket of the trade centre by a through passage. This entire hall with a height of six and half meters will become a covered oriental bazaar. Here by modern technologies trade of fruits, vegetates, watermelons, melons and gourds, confectionary, groceries, and culinary goods will be available for customers. In the adjacent territory of the building of the shopping centre, there is a covered parking lot as well. The green belt and plots, which have summerhouses, playgrounds for children, a merry-go round, a children motordrome with electric cars, will be laid out.
