The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree. According to this document, it was ordered to convene the Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan in 2015 in Avaza etrap of Turkmenbashi city in Balkan province with proposal to include into agenda the vital issues of state life.

With a view of efficient organization of the Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan, reception, collection and analysis of proposals and addresses, it was created the State Commission and approved its composition at the head of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
