Then, the head of state visited the construction site along Chandibil Avenue, where Neurologic and Scientific-training centers of the Ministry of Health of Turkmenistan with a view to familiarize with their construction process. Having familiarized with state of affairs on this construction site, the President of Turkmenistan charged vice-premiers S. Toyliyev, Sh. Durdyliyev, Minister of Health and Medical industry N. Amannepesov and Ashgabat city governor R. Nurmammedov to pay attention to the creation of park zones alongside with the medical centers. Turning of this part into blooming garden has to provide here more favorable condition in ecological regard, as well as harmoniously combine with medical centers in a single architectural look
In connection with spread in modern world of diseases provoked with diabetes mellitus, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov charged the deputy chairpersons of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan S. Toyliyev and Minister of Health and Medical industry N. Amannepesov to study the experience of the leading world countries on early diagnostics and efficient treatment of this group of diseases, as well as modern treatment methods of this disease and submit the report on work at the meeting of the government.
As the nation leader underlined, our country carries out a large scope of work within the framework of cooperation with specialized subdivisions of the United Nations Organization. So, with support of the European Regional Bureau of World Health Organization, it is worked out the national strategy on fight against noninfectious diseases within 2014-2020, which takes into account the leading international and regional experience in this field. Within the framework of this strategy, in next stage, it is necessary to hold international tendering for construction of Endocrinological Center, which will include prophylactic Therapeutic and Surgical departments fitted with innovative equipment and latest medical apparatuses.
The head of state charged the Minister of Health and Medical industry to visit one of the leading counties in this field of public health with a view of study of the experience for treatment of endocrine diseases.
Taking into account favorable condition in this part of the Turkmen capital from ecological viewpoint, the President of Turkmenistan also gave the instruction to Vice-premier Sh. Durdyliyev and Ashgabat city governor R. Nurmammedov to work at issues of construction here of other institutions of medical sphere and relevant infrastructure of life support. In particular, the nation leader charged the governor of Ashgabat to construct multilevel car park near new centers for comfort of visitors and staff, as well as to lay new road, having provided it with modern lighting units.
The nation leader said: “In this year, it is the 20th anniversary since adoption of “Health” Program, which drastically changed the work of whole system of national healthcare within period of its realization. And now, it will be passed a new “Health” program, which will contribute to the strengthening of people’s health at modern and qualitatively new level and decrease of morbidity of residents of Turkmenistan”.
According to the decisions, new healthcare facilities fitted with modern medical equipment will be erected in our country in the near future. In this connection, the President of Turkmenistan charged the relevant officials to provide high quality of facilities and strict observance of schedule of their commissioning, as well as to take under special control the organization and holding of all planned events.
