President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his deep condolences to President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili for numerous casualties and destructions caused by heavy rains and flooding in Tbilisi.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan and on his behalf the Turkmen leader expressed the deep sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
