Number of documents on development of cooperation has been signed by the outcomes of the session of the Council of Heads of the Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Minsk, BELTA informs.
During wide format session, the reports on three documents have been listened to. The first report is a mid-term joint action plan of the CIS members on combating the spread of infectious diseases.
The plan provides more than 20 various activities in five directions. In particular, it is planned to hold joint studies for development of immune biological medicine and diagnostic agents for the most common infectious diseases for the CIS countries, to conduct joint scientific works aimed at development of the algorithms, standard operation procedures, technologies of joint response to emergency situations in the sphere of public healthcare.
The report on the Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of sanitary protection of the CIS territories has also been presented. The document provides that the sides will undertake necessary measures for sanitary protection of the territories of the CIS countries from diseases associated with emergency situations or possibilities of their outbreak. Such measures will be also taken for the commodities subject to sanitary and epidemiological monitoring (control).
The Agreement on cooperation of support of the employment of the population has also been discussed. The goal of the document is to support cooperation of the Commonwealth states in development of agreed approaches during the formation of common labor market, support of the population in employment, reduction of unemployment level, provision of rights of the citizens for freedom of movement and working activity.
The whole number of documents has been signed by the heads of the delegations without discussion. It includes the documents regulating cooperation in prevention and elimination of use of false trademarks and geographic names as well as cooperation in geodesy, cartography, cadaster and distant zoning of the Earth.
Concept of cooperation of the Government (executive) power authorities, which manage the government material resources in the CIS State members, until 2030 and the Action Plan of its realization have been approved at the session.
The heads of the governments have signed the resolutions on personnel appointments. Leonid Anfimov has been appointed at the first Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, Beketjan Jumahanov, Ilham Nematov and Denis Trefilov have been appointed as Deputy Chairmen of the CIS Exective Committee. Vladimir Sokolin has been appointed as the Chairman of the Interstate Statistic Committee of the Commonwealth for the period of one year.
Vice-premier Gadyrgeldy Mushikov, who is in charge of financial and economic section, has represented Turkmenistan in works of the session of the Council of Heads of the Governments of the CIS countries in Minsk.
