Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the Dashoguz velayat, where he took part in the opening ceremony of a new residential area and building "Türkmeniň ak öýi" in the administrative center of the region.

Having greeted the participants of the ceremony, the leader of the nation goes to a specially designated place.

Addressing the audience and all compatriots, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that on the blessed days of the celebration of the holy Eid al-Adha, on a good occasion we arrived at the fertile land of the Dashoguz velayat, where hardworking people live. 

And today in the administrative center of the region will be solemnly opened a new residential complex and the building "Türkmeniň ak öýi", which will become the embodiment of our happy era, a center for celebrations, as well as a number of other objects, the head of state stated.

And today, here, in the Dashoguz velayat, will be opened a number of large objects and residential buildings. All this is aimed at ensuring a prosperous and happy life of the native people, the further comprehensive development of our sovereign state, the head of Turkmenistan continued.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that 15 new four-storey 368-apartment residential buildings put into operation in the city of Dashoguz were built in accordance with the requirements of the present time, of which 48 apartments are designed for those who need housing. The houses have all the conditions for living, resting and raising children.

This original building, adding to the local new architectural complex, which includes the Bagt köşgi celebration center, a 10,000-seat sports complex, the Daşoguz hotel, will become the architectural dominant of the velayat center and its landmark.

The design of the building "Türkmeniň ak öýi" contains characteristic features inherent in the traditional dwelling of Turkmens, in particular, images of carpet ornaments and patterns. The entrance is also decorated in the national style: on top of the massive door there is an image of the "ensi" rug, which symbolizes the guardian of the sacred family hearth.

At the end of his speech, the head of state wished: “May your kurbanlyks be accepted by the Almighty! Kabul bolsun! "

... The car of the President of Turkmenistan proceeded to the opening site of a residential complex erected in the southwestern part of the city, on one of its most beautiful streets - Gorogly.

Along this long magistral there are various original structures that adorn the architectural ensemble of Dashoguz, including the white marble building of the Nurmukhammed Andalib State Music and Drama Theater, the Rukhyet Palace, a magnificent mosque, etc.

The head of state is met by children, joyfully reciting poetry. Everywhere the spirit of a large Turkmen toy reigns with its inherent elegant decoration and the age-old traditions of hospitality.

The climax comes - in a solemn atmosphere, under the friendly applause of the audience, the leader of the nation cuts the symbolic ribbon of the arch installed at the beginning of the new residential complex.

The residential complex, located on more than 3 hectares of land, consists of fifteen 4-storey buildings with an improved layout. The facility was erected by specialists from the Dashoguz plant of reinforced concrete products of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production. Private structures - the economic company “Derkar” and the individual enterprise “Merdana doganlar”, also contributed to the implementation of this large social project.

Then, at the invitation of a large family that received an apartment in a new house as a gift from the leader of the nation, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the happy newcomers.

The head of the family - tenant Esenov Uzakbai - said that it is a great honor for him and his entire family to receive the President of the country at home. The happy family has 13 children, including 8 sons and 5 daughters.

Adult children also expressed their immense gratitude to the leader of the nation for their happy life, saying they strive to contribute to the prosperity of the Fatherland.

The wife of Uzakbay proudly told that she was raising children on the example of the mother of the President of Turkmenistan - Ogulabat eje, in the spirit of respect for national values, primordial foundations and customs, patriotism and hard work.

Congratulating the hosts on the new home and presenting gifts, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished them a happy life in a new home, family well-being, health and success. After joint photographing, the new settlers presented the head of state with a traditional holiday gift for the Turkmen people - "toý düwünçek".

Then the leader of the nation continued on his way along the new buildings.

The leader of the nation then proceeded by car to the Emergency Ambulance Center.

Here, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was warmly welcomed by healthcare workers.

 In this regard, the President of the country announced the decision to allocate 10 new ambulances from this Fund for pediatric departments of hospitals in etraps and cities of the region, having handed the keys to new special vehicles to the Minister of Health and Medical Industry.

In an interview with doctors, the head of state noted that the country is carrying out the necessary work to constantly provide the child's health care system with specialists who meet international requirements with medicines and health protection means, to strengthen the material and technical base of health care.

Then the head of state proceeded to the building "Türkmeniň ak öýi" - a majestic structure in the form of a Turkmen yurt, designed for large celebrations and cultural events.

A festive atmosphere reigns in the square in front of the Türkmeniň ak öýi building, where numerous participants of the celebration gathered on this significant day.

To the thunderous applause of those present, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, together with the honorary elders, cuts the symbolic ribbon in front of the Türkmeniň ak öýi door.

The leader of the nation goes inside the building, where children greet him with sonorous verses, as well as a children's group of national musical instruments, performing folk songs with inspiration.

Further, the head of state gets acquainted with the design features of the building and the conditions created here for holding various events of national and international importance, festive celebrations.

Today, an exhibition of Turkmen household items has unfolded here, which also features jewelry and carpet items.

The literary and musical composition "Alkyş aýdýas Arkadaga" performed by the artists of the Nurmukhammed Andalib Theater of the city of Dashoguz and the united folklore and dance group of the velayat, reflecting the feelings of true nationwide love and admiration for their Hero-Arkadag, became a kind of overture of the performance.

The spectacular number of the festive concert was the sparkling performance of the famous group of national equestrian games "Galkynyş" of the Akhal-Teke equestrian complex of the President of Turkmenistan.

Turkmen riders captivated the audience with an exciting equestrian attraction with acrobatic and gymnastic stunts.

The final solemn chord of the concert was the song "Watanyň buýsanjy, Arkadag" performed by all the participants.  It  filled the souls of the audience with pride for an independent neutral Motherland, confidently following, led by the leader of the nation, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, along the path of progress and creation.

At the end of the concert, the President of Turkmenistan made a memorable entry in the Book of Honorary Guests.

To commemorate today's event, the head of state donated a new bus to the “Türkmeniň ak öýi” erected in Dashoguz.

Then the leader of the nation took part in the festive sadaka.

Addressing the audience, the leader of the nation noted that a glorious anniversary is approaching - the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, and in this regard, celebrations are being held today on the ancient Turkmen land in the Dashoguz velayat.

“As the Turkmen say, festivities multiply with festivities, so the celebrations held today coincided with Eid al-Adha. I congratulate you all on this holiday, which we celebrate, honoring our ancestral traditions and customs, ”the head of state said and asked the mufti of Turkmenistan to read the prayer-tyarek.

At the end of the meal, the mufti read the festive tovir.

Congratulating everyone on Kurban Bayrami, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished: “May your Kurbanlyks be accepted by the Almighty - Kabul Bolsun!”, And also expressed gratitude to bakhshi and creative teams for their performances.

Then the President of Turkmenistan warmly said goodbye to the audience and left the scene.

On the same day, the head of state returned to Ashgabat.

Thus, the construction of residential areas, industrial and socio-cultural facilities is of great importance in strengthening the cohesion of the Turkmen people, who are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Motherland with more daring plans for further growth.

And we need to act energetically and together to implement them now, since the ambitious goals laid down in the Regional Development Program and the related instructions of the leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov set very high rates of this work.
