Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the head of the famous French company Bouygues, Martin Bouygues.
Having cordially congratulated the leader of the nation and the entire Turkmen people on the upcoming great holiday – the 30th anniversary of independence, as well as on the important event held the day before – the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, the businessman emphasized that it is a great honor for the company he heads to cooperate with Turkmenistan and take part in the implementation of large-scale projects carried out on the initiative of the Turkmen leader.
As the guest noted, the progressive policy pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has led to the rapid development of Turkmenistan and its high authority in the international arena. The favorable investment climate and optimal conditions for fruitful partnership have made the Turkmen state attractive to the business circles of the world. And today, more and more leading companies, including French ones, express their intention to strengthen and expand their presence in the promising Turkmen market.
Thanking for the congratulations, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that the development of mutually beneficial partnership with leading foreign companies specializing in various industries, including in the field of urban planning, is one of the important aspects of the state policy of Turkmenistan. In this regard, the leader of the nation noted the productive nature of business cooperation with Bouygues, as evidenced by a number of successfully implemented joint projects.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the prospects for further cooperation, considered the possibilities of the French company’s participation in the implementation of new joint projects, taking into account the priorities of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan.
In conclusion, Mr. Martin Bouygues once again thanked President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the high trust put in the company, assuring that Bouygues, for its part, will continue to steadily and responsibly follow the partnership obligations underwritten.
