Each family in Turkmenistan will have a separate apartment or house. This was stated by the President of Turkmenistan, chairman of the house Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at an extraordinary meeting of the upper house of the parliament Halk Maslakhaty.

The head of state especially emphasized, that the state would make every effort to ensure, that high-quality housing became affordable for the population. According to him, the capabilities of the digital system will find more and more implementation in life.

“In the spirit of the times, we will continue building “smart“ houses and “smart” cities for our people! And for the first time, we will provide our citizens with the first such houses erected in the new administrative center of the Akhal velayat, in “Ashgabat City”. In this way, in the future, each family will have a separate apartment or house!” - said the Turkmen leader.
