The first included students specializing in the study of chemistry, the second united those for whom the subject was not a core one.

So, in category A, 18 prizes (6 first, 9 second and 3 third) were awarded to students of domestic universities. Kakaev, were named the winners and the best experts in chemistry. Two more winners are Ogulbagt Mukhammetberdyeva and Serdar Begendzhev, students of Magtymguly Turkmen State University.

The 12 winners in this category also include students from the two named universities, the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguzhan and the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Moreover, 5 second places, and there are only 12 of them, were awarded to students of the Oguzhan University.

The results of foreign participants in this category are as follows: Russia - 17 prizes, Korea - 4, Tajikistan - 4, England - 2, Hungary - 1, China - 1.

10 out of 10 - all first places were awarded to Turkmen students in category B. Given the superior number of winners and prize-winners representing domestic universities, the places were distributed as follows:

In category A, the team of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Ya. Kakaev received a well-deserved title of winner. The second place belongs to the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. The third was awarded to the team of the Engineering and Technology University named after Oguzkhan, which won the first place in the B category of the Olympiad. The competition tasks were compiled taking into account international experience, more than a hundred examples were considered and analyzed, which were included in the content of many international chemistry Olympiads. The participants were offered tasks in organic, inorganic, physical, analytical chemistry, as well as general chemistry from the curriculum for technical universities.

As noted by the representatives of the MUNG named after Ya. Kakaev, the Olympiad was held at a high organizational level, with full compliance with its regulations and procedures, productively and indicatively.
