The list of areas for masters training at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has doubled. In the upcoming academic year, the Master's program at the Higher School of Diplomacy will train specialists in three new areas: "Oriental Studies", "Analysis and Strategic Planning", and "Political Communication and Internet Journalism".

The admission campaign at the university started on Monday, July 11. The enrollment of students for the 2022/2023 academic year is carried out according to the master's program, as well as, respectively, the bachelor's and specialist's programs. Documents will be accepted in the capital and velayat centers until July 24.

In general, six areas of master's training will operate at the university. In addition to three innovations, these are: "Digital Diplomacy", "International Private Law", "International Public Law".

For citizens of the country wishing to master the master's program, it is necessary to have higher education in the relevant fields.

For the direction of preparation "Analysis and strategic planning" - in the fields of international relations, world politics, political sciences and regional studies, history, digital and information technologies.

Together with the above, university training in the fields of informatics and computer technology, economic cybernetics, information security and sociology is necessary for admission to the Digital Diplomacy program.

For specialists in the fields of international relations, world politics, political sciences and regional studies, history, digital and information technologies, as well as geography, oriental languages and literature (Turkmen, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi), the direction of training is open "Oriental Studies".

The master's course in "Private International Law" and "Public International Law" is intended for young lawyers in the fields of international law, private international law, public international law, jurisprudence, economic law, financial law, economics, economic law.

Among those with higher education in the field of journalism, international journalism, Internet journalism, based on the results of entrance examinations, a selection will be held on a competitive basis for the direction of training "Political Communication and Internet Journalism".

Education at the second stage of higher education is carried out on a paid basis in the state language and is one academic year.
