Из года в год студенты и преподаватели в честь этого праздника в Большом зале ТНК дают концерт. В этом году the right to open the concert was given to student of conservatory Amangeldy Durdiyev in this year, who performed Turkmen folk tune “Kerimgeldy”. The dutar in sensitive hands of beginning musician, as a wise philosopher, conveyed by sounds of strings joyful and sad moods, without which bright and filled life cannot be imagined.

People’s artist of Turkmenistan Orazgul Annamuradova played four miniatures of Frederic Chopin on piano, which capturing sentimentalism is sample of refinement of the classics.

After Chopin’s miniatures, works of Antonio Vivaldi, Johannes Brahms, Nury Halmamedov, Chary Nurymov, Ludwig van Beethoven, Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Fritz Kreisler, and Giuseppe Verdi was beautifully played.

Performance of new piano player, young tutor Bahar Annadurdiyeva, who received musical education in America, became a gift for Ashgabat lovers of music. She played “Play of water” of Maurice Ravel and literally charmed the audience by rich palette of sounds and virtuosic technique.

The final part of the concert was even more impressive. Tutor, violin player Bahram Doliyev masterly performed “Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso” by Spanish composer Camille Saint-Saëns. At the end of storm of applauses, his student Selbi Mulkamanova joined him at the stage and two violins played “Navarra” of Pablo Sarasate in duet.

In the final number, Honoured Artist of Turkmenistan, Bibijemal Amanova, performing song of Nury Muhatov “Gel, Turkmenistana”, was joined by all vocalists participating in the concert. This beautiful and hospitable composition concluded the concert but neither the musicians nor the audience hurried to leave and part with feeling of complicity to the world music culture reigning in the hall.
