Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an off-site meeting of the State Security Council.

The agenda included the results of the work of the military and law enforcement agencies for eight months of this year, as well as urgent tasks for the near future related to ensuring security and tranquility in our independent state, strengthening the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies, and improving their activities.

The Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defense B. Gundogdyev was the first to speak, reporting on the results of the work carried out since the beginning of the year in the military units of the National Army, the implementation of the instructions given by the head of Turkmenistan to strengthen the country's defense capability.

A report was also made on the ongoing measures to further develop the activities of subordinate structures, strengthen human resources, create appropriate conditions for the service and life of military personnel, and prepare for a military parade on the occasion of a significant date - the 31st anniversary of the independence of the Fatherland.

The head of state was also informed about the successful conduct of entrance exams to military and law enforcement universities and specialized educational institutions of the country.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the Military Doctrine, which is being successfully implemented and is purely defensive in nature, is a reliable guarantor of a peaceful and peaceful life in the country.

Prosecutor General S. Myalikgulyev reported on the work done by the structure in January-August of this year, the practical steps taken to oversee the implementation of regulatory legal acts in the country, the implementation of the digital system, as well as the organized events to improve the skills of employees.

In continuation of the meeting, the President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country signed the Resolution on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors.

Further, the Minister of Internal Affairs M. Khydyrov reported on the activities of the structural divisions of the department for eight months of this year, the steps taken to develop and implement digital technologies and best practices in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to prevent offenses and ensure fire safety in all corners of the country.

A separate topic of the report was the work carried out within the framework of the month “Road safety is the peace of our lives”, in particular, measures to optimize traffic flow in the capital and velayats, increase awareness of pedestrians and drivers about traffic rules.

Noting the significance of the month “Road safety is the tranquility of our lives”, the head of state instructed to keep all planned events under control.

Chairman of the Supreme Court G. Ussanepesov reported on the results of the activities of the structure headed in January-August 2022, the measures taken to improve the national justice system through the active use of digital technologies, as well as to improve the skills of specialists and fulfill the instructions previously given by the President of Turkmenistan.

After listening to the report, the head of state stressed the need to organize the activities of the judicial system in accordance with the realities of the time and with the use of advanced technical means and gave a number of instructions.

Minister of National Security G. Annaev, who then spoke, reported on the results of the activities for eight months, as well as on the comprehensive measures being implemented to protect state interests and maintain stability in society.

After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the need to strengthen the personnel potential of the Ministry of National Security, introduce best practices, modern working methods and digital technologies, addressing specific instructions.

Further, the head of the State Border Service Ya. Nuryev reported on the practical steps taken since the beginning of the year to ensure the reliable protection of the sacred borders of the Motherland, the progress in the technical equipment of the frontier posts, as well as the ongoing measures to improve the level of combat training of military personnel.

Report was given on the commissioning on August 20 of a new complex of buildings of the Economic Department of military and law enforcement agencies under the State Border Service of Turkmenistan. The opening of this facility was evidence of targeted measures being taken in the country to strengthen the material and technical base of the Armed Forces, including the country's Border Troops.

Summing up the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country emphasized that the soldiers and officers of this department are entrusted with responsible tasks to protect the borders of our sovereign state, which should always remain the borders of friendship with neighboring countries.

Further, Minister of Adalat M. Taganov reported on the results of the work carried out in January-August this year to bring the national legislative framework in line with the requirements of the time, and introduce a digital system in structural divisions.

After listening to the report, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted the need to study the best practices in the field of international law and its application in practice.

Then the Chairman of the State Customs Service M. Hudaykulyev reported on the results of the work done over eight months, the practical steps taken to successfully solve the problems arising from the Development Program of the reporting structure, as well as on the implementation of the instructions previously given by the head of Turkmenistan to improve the activities of the department.

Having listened to the report, the President of the country emphasized that it is necessary to continue to take measures to modernize the material and technical base of the department, ensure prompt and thorough inspection of all goods and cargo passing through the border, while actively applying the achievements of scientific and technological progress, having addressed relevant instructions to the head of Services.

Further, the Chairman of the State Migration Service N. Atagaraev reported on the work carried out since the beginning of the year, the measures taken to effectively address the priority tasks facing the department.

Summing up the report, the head of Turkmenistan stressed the need for continuous improvement of the activities of all divisions of this body.

Summing up the results of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan steadily maintains relations of friendship and good neighborliness with the countries and peoples of the world.

At the offsite meeting of the State Security Council, a number of other important issues were also considered, on which appropriate decisions were made.

At the end of the meeting, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the participants good health, well-being, great success in responsible service for the sake of a peaceful and happy life of the people.

Then the head of state arrived at a new equestrian complex, which is being built in one of the picturesque corners of the Kopetdag foothills.

Here, the Minister of Internal Affairs reported to the President of Turkmenistan on the work carried out at the stable under construction on the territory of the complex, and demonstrated the projects of the relevant facilities.

On the territory of this complex, a barracks, an open arena, stables for horses and foals, a veterinary service building, barns and sheds for storing feed, training and walking grounds for horses, a race track, a quarantine facility, water pools, an object for special equipment, control and checkpoint, etc.

As it was reported, at present construction and installation works are carried out according to the plan.

Having familiarized himself in detail with the presented projects, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country made appropriate adjustments, noting that during the construction of the equestrian complex and other facilities, engineering and technical solutions widely used in world practice and the traditions of national architecture should be found an organic combination, and gave appropriate instructions.

Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having familiarized himself with the construction of the equestrian complex, stressed that, like other similar facilities built earlier, it must fully meet the requirements of the time. All conditions should be provided for raising horses, seisirovanie, conducting training and preparing for the races.

In this regard, the head of state noted that all opportunities should be created here for keeping the Akhal-Teke horses, which have become the national pride of our people and famous in the world, increasing their livestock and developing the art of seising. At the same time, it is necessary to equip the complex with advanced technologies, work on the improvement of the adjacent territory, taking into account environmental factors.

The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country focused on the fact that when designing relevant facilities and performing construction work, important requirements are taking into account local climatic conditions and the use of building materials that meet environmental standards.

At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the high quality of construction of facilities that must meet their functional purpose, and their commissioning on time, the head of state emphasized and gave a number of specific instructions in this regard.

In recent years, special attention has been paid to the construction of equestrian complexes in the structure of military and law enforcement agencies, the training of service horses, as well as various types of equestrian sports.

Measures aimed at bringing horse breeding in Turkmenistan to the world level, the formation of new generations of specialists for this industry, the construction of specialized facilities equipped with advanced equipment that meets international standards, testify to the scale of work carried out in this area.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having given relevant instructions, noted that the complex should be put into operation in accordance with the requirements of the time and with high quality, and left the scene.
