view-icon 1832

The state policy of our Hero-Arkadag, based on the noble principles of friendship, brotherhood, good neighbourliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, is currently being successfully implemented by our -Arkadagly Hero Serdar. A clear indication of this is the sending, thanks to the support of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care, of humanitarian aid to the brotherly people of Afghanistan, who suffered due to the strong earthquake that occurred.

The humanitarian cargo consists of medicines and medical supplies, textiles and food products.

One of the important directions of the creative foreign policy of Turkmenistan, begun through the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and currently successfully implemented by the head of state, is the deepening of cooperation with neighbouring and fraternal countries. At the same time, special importance is attached to enriching the ancient traditions of the Turkmen people, the principles of friendship, brotherhood and good neighbourliness of our ancestors with new content, as well as continuing the positive experience of noble humanitarian causes.

To provide assistance in difficult times, to extend the hand of brotherhood is one of the noble principles of the Turkmen people, passing from century to century. This shows that the principles of humanism, good neighbourliness and mutual support are developing in accordance with the spirit of the present time. This assistance provides support to people affected by a natural disaster that has resulted in large numbers of casualties, injuries and widespread destruction. This is another expression of deep respect for the people and leaders of the fraternal country.

Providing such assistance during the days of restoration of destruction caused by a natural disaster means affirming the high principles of humanism. Currently, independent neutral Turkmenistan, developing relations of good neighbourliness, positive neutrality and fruitful international cooperation under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, is successfully promoting international relations based on the principles of mutual respect and trust.

The prompt adoption of urgent measures to support the victims is proof of Turkmenistan’s commitment to strengthening global peace and stability and the triumph of humanitarian ideals.
