The Ashgabat specialized boarding school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi celebrated its 30th anniversary with a grand festive event.
The festive day at the school began with a solemn assembly, during which certificates and valuable gifts were presented to the students - winners and prize-winners of various Olympiads on behalf of the Ashgabat City Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. The work of the team leaders of the Olympians, mentors of the children and school subject teachers was highly praised, and they also received well-deserved awards. The award ceremony was accompanied by enthusiastic and grateful applause of the event participants.

The boarding school pupils prepared a big festive concert called "Ak mekdebim - geljegime dowam sen" in honor of the remarkable date. Schoolchildren recited poems by Turkmen poets, performed folk songs and dances, modern musical compositions with a special sense of pride.
The program of the festive concert included performances by the guests of the celebration - Turkmen pop artists who presented their creative shows to the school staff.
