The Information Access Center, operating on the basis of the Innovation and Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, together with the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi, are preparing to hold a cultural evening called "Korean National Holidays". The aim of the event is to popularize Korean culture in Turkmenistan and strengthen Turkmen-Korean friendship.

The program includes speeches by invited representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan and a presentation on the brief history of the Information Access Center created by the Korean National Information Society Agency (NIA).

The effectiveness of its activities will be clearly demonstrated by the presentation of knowledge and skills acquired at the computer courses of the Center by students of the health education complex of Ashgabat.

Teachers and students studying Korean language at the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi will tell about Korean national holidays. University students will perform a Korean song and dance, recite poems in Korean, and conclude the event with an energetic Turkmen dance Kushtdepdi.

The program of the event also includes performances of athletes engaged in the Korean martial art of taekwondo.
