The Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute of Turkmenistan will hold a series of subject Olympiads for high school students

The Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi will hold a series of subject-based Internet Olympiads for 11th grade students of secondary schools in the country.

The university organizes Olympiads in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology and invites students who demonstrate good academic results and success in these disciplines to participate.

Each of the four Olympiads will be held in two rounds. The first qualifying stage of the Olympics will be held on April 2. The participants who scored the highest number of points according to its results will be eligible to participate in the second final stage. The final round in mathematics and physics is scheduled for April 11, chemistry and biology - April 12.

The winners and prize-winners of the competitions will be awarded with diplomas of the corresponding degrees.

Those wishing to participate in the Olympiads must apply for participation with information about the student and the responsible teacher and send it to the organizing committee by e-mail iolymp-tspi@yandex.ru until March 25th.

It should be noted that the holding of Internet Olympiads in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology among 11th grade students of the country's schools has been successfully practiced by the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi for the third year in a row.

Holding Olympiads helps to identify the most talented, capable and gifted representatives of youth, helps to stimulate the interest and desire of students to study the exact and natural sciences, to determine the level of knowledge and training of students in the disciplines, as well as to develop skills of independent work using modern digital technologies.

In addition, this practice contributes to the expansion of interaction between higher education institutions and secondary schools of the country through information and communication technologies and, at the same time, the implementation of plans for the Development of the system digital education in the country and the Concept of improving the teaching of subjects in natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan.
