The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development invites women entrepreneurs aimed at developing their businesses and improving corporate governance to take part in the training «From Entrepreneurship to Enterprise».

The training is part of the «Women in Business» series and is funded by the European Union. It will be held in two stages - June 3-5, 2024 (training); June 6-7, 2024 (team coaching sessions). Venue: Yyldyz Hotel in Ashgabat.

The course aims to provide the knowledge and practical tools needed to effectively take your business to the next level.

To participate in the training, you must fill out an application using the following link before the 13th of May, 2024. After data analysis, all potential participants will be invited to an online interview.

After the training, eight companies will have the opportunity to undergo team coaching sessions at their enterprise.

The training will be conducted by an international certified management consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Marina Pogosyan. She has been collaborating with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 2006 under the «Small Business Advisory» program.
