11 Turkmen universities included in the ranking of Asian universities – Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Ranking 2024 with status "the reporter".
The Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi, the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics are on the lines of the prestigious rating of Asian universities Turkmenistan, International University of Humanities and Development, University of Engineering and Technology named after Oguzkhan, Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi, State Energy University the Institute of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management and the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakaev.
In general, 1127 are included in the 2024 rating table Asian universities from more than 30 countries. The Asia University Ranking is compiled annually by international experts from the British organization THE based on 18 performance indicators reflecting the main tasks of universities such as teaching, research, knowledge transfer, and international perspectives.
