Two hemodialysis machines «Dialog+» (artificial kidney) from the world famous manufacturer of medical equipment - the company «B.Braun» (Federal Republic of Germany), purchased with funds from the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, were donated to the Centre today protection of maternal and child health in Dashoguz velayat.
The current event is another evidence that concern for the health and well-being of the people and, above all, young citizens has been elevated to the rank of priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan, which has a pronounced social orientation. This progressive strategy, initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Hero-Arkadag, is now being consistently implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
In this regard, special importance is attached to the further improvement of the domestic healthcare system, the comprehensive modernization of the industry infrastructure, the introduction of innovative technologies and the best world experience into practice, the development of medical science, the training of highly qualified specialists, and the expansion of fruitful cooperation with foreign partners - leading specialized centers. Positive dynamics are also inherent in interaction with authoritative international structures, including the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Turkmenistan is successfully implementing the State Program «Saglyk», the National Strategy «Healthy Mother - Healthy Child - Healthy Future» for the protection of maternal and child health in Turkmenistan for 2021–2025, other national programs and projects designed to ensure high standards of medical services provided to the population, contribute to the establishment of the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society.
Much work in this direction, providing comprehensive assistance to medical institutions and young patients, is carried out by the Charitable Foundation created in March 2021 on the initiative of Hero-Arkadag, which, in accordance with the Resolution of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, was named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
In the noble endeavors and deeds of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, who shows truly fatherly attention to the younger generation, the wise centuries-old traditions and spiritual and moral foundations of Turkmen society find a worthy continuation. Since its founding, the Foundation has been carrying out large-scale activities to achieve its goals and objectives. Thus, in the summer of 2021, pediatric departments of hospitals in etraps and velayat cities of the country were allocated modern ambulances equipped with the necessary equipment. A «Savina» brand ventilator was donated to the children’s hospital of Mary velayat.
Regular practice has included the allocation of funds received into the Fund’s bank accounts from citizens and legal entities to carry out various operations for children in need of care in medical institutions of the capital and regions of the country, as well as to pay the costs of treatment and the purchase of appropriate medical supplies for young Turkmen citizens who are raised and educated in specialized schools and boarding schools.
As you know, the headquarters of the Charitable Foundation is located in the administrative building of the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, built in the city of Arkadag. In fact, this is a universal complex that provides everything necessary for restoring and strengthening the health of children, their upbringing, education, recreation and interesting leisure.
In implementing the strategy for the development of domestic healthcare, along with the prevention of diseases and the popularization of the principles of a healthy lifestyle, priority is given to diagnosis and timely correct treatment. These goals are served by advanced specialized equipment, which is equipped with all medical institutions in the Fatherland.
The latest generation «artificial kidney» devices from the German company «B.Braun», designed for extracorporeal blood purification, make it possible to carry out any currently known options for dialysis therapy. This provides more effective treatment for patients with chronic renal failure and improves their quality of life.
As already reported, this year similar new equipment was donated on behalf of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Centre for Maternal and Child Health of Mary Velayat, the Hospital of Baherden etrap of Ahal Velayat, the Scientific and Clinical Centre for Maternal Health and a child in Ashgabat, Lebap velayat multidisciplinary hospital, multidisciplinary hospital of the Magtymguly etrap, Balkan velayat.
The participants of the solemn ceremony held on the occasion of the significant event expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty and the President of Turkmenistan for their constant attention to the issues of promoting health and ensuring a happy life for the people, the harmonious development of the younger generation and expressed Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly to Hero Serdar best wishes.
On the same day, eight new four-story residential buildings were put into operation in Dashoguz. In a solemn atmosphere, the happy new residents were presented with the keys to apartments with an improved layout, which provide all modern amenities for residents.
Ensuring the well-being of the people, systematically improving social and living conditions and improving the quality of life of people is determined by the key vector of the state policy of Turkmenistan, implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
As a result of the complex transformations begun by Hero Arkadag and now successfully continued by Arkadagly Hero Serdar, housing construction has acquired a truly large-scale character in the Fatherland. Taking into account the requirements of the time, the country continues to build comfortable houses of different heights; new residential areas with all the necessary infrastructure are being created in cities. This provides Turkmen citizens with the opportunity to choose comfortable housing that meets individual needs and preferences.
The main objectives of state policy in this area include the formation of an affordable housing market, the development of mortgage lending, and the implementation of shared construction projects. In this regard, it is noteworthy that private sector enterprises are actively involved in the construction of various facilities in the country, including residential ones.
Four new 4-story buildings, designed for a total of 80 apartments, were built at the intersection of S. Turkmenbashy Avenue and Alp Arslan Street. By order of the hakimlik of the city of Dashoguz, they were erected by specialists from the Derkar Economic Society. The spacious apartments have loggias and appropriate utility rooms. The ground floors of one of the houses are reserved for shops, which creates additional convenience for residents.
Four more four–storey houses – with 16 apartments each - were built in the village of Gulistan, the administrative centre of the northern region of the country. The customer of the facilities was the city Hakimlik, the contractor was the Dashoguz plant «Demirbetonönümleri». Two local individual enterprises, «Ak bagt and Nurly badalga», were involved in the construction as subcontractors. The new buildings are located along the highway leading from the city of Dashoguz to etrapa Gorogly. The 3- and 4-room apartments with improved layout have all the conditions for a comfortable stay.
The new houses fit seamlessly into the urban architectural ensemble. High-quality modern construction and finishing materials were used in their construction. The territories adjacent to the houses are landscaped and landscaped, the ecological aspect is taken into account.
The celebrations were attended by representatives of the Velayat and city hakimliks, public organizations, deputies of the Mejlis, honorary elders and gray-haired mothers, young people. And of course, this day was unforgettable for the happy families of Dashoguz, who were joyfully celebrating housewarming today.
According to the established good tradition, valuable gifts were presented to specialists of specialized enterprises who distinguished themselves during the construction of new facilities on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
