The Byashim Nurali Children's Art School held a concert with the participation of Akhmat Abaev, a teacher of the special music boarding school under Turkmen National Conservatory, and his students as part of the “Crossroads of Arts” project.

The concert program included works by various composers. An indispensable requirement was “The Sea” theme. The budding artists listened to Beethoven's “Trio”, Rimsky-Korsakov's “Flight of the Bumblebee”, Nuri Khalmamedov's “Dance of the Fiery Flamingos”, “Hasardagy” - a piece for oboe and piano by young composer Tylla Shirova and other works.

Young artists came to the concert with paper and pencils to make sketches while the music was playing. They will be able to finalize these sketches at home and submit them to the “Painting with Music” competition. The technique of painting is any - gouache, watercolor, pencil, ink, charcoal...

In addition to the concert, an exhibition of paintings and jewelry works by art school students was organized that day. All the exhibited works are thematically related to music and art. The authors of this original project are Anna Shilova, a composer and journalist, and Ovezgeldi Yagmirov, director of the Byashim Nurali Children's Art School. The children from both the musicians' and painters' schools showed great interest in this offer.

In gratitude for the performance of musical works, the future artists conduct an excursion to the guests and showed them the museum of Byashim Nurali.
