The results of the subject Olympiads held by the university among students of secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan have been summed up at the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen State Agricultural University.
The Olympiads in mathematics, physics and computer science were held from November 15 to 27. Intellectual competitions were held with the participation of more than 100 talented students from all regions of the country. The Olympiads were held in the form of individual competitions, each of them included two rounds.
According to the results of the Olympiad in mathematics, 22 students received prizes. Gold medals and first places in this competition were won by Leyli Yolumova, Nartach Ovlyagulyeva, students of the Financial and Economic secondary vocational School of the Lebap Velayat, Ainur Dilmuradova, Kumush Shamyradova, students of the Pedagogical School named after.Khidyra Deryaeva and Aylar Ilmyradova, a student of the Bayramali agro-industrial secondary vocational school.
6 second and 11 third places are among the students of these universities, Ashgabat and Turkmenabat agro-industrial vocational schools, Agro-industrial and Financial and Economic Schools of Dashoguz Velayat, Aman Kekilov Pedagogical School and Mary Oil and Gas Vocational School.
11 students showed excellent results in the Physics Olympiad. The winners of the gold medals were Erkin Sapargeldiev, a student of the Ashgabat Energy Secondary Vocational School and Surai Muradova, a student of the Ashgabat Agro-industrial Secondary Vocational School.
4 silver and 5 bronze medals replenished the piggy bank of achievements of students from the above-mentioned educational institutions, the secondary vocational school of communal services in Mary, the Financial and Economic Vocational School of Dashoguz Velayat, the Balkanabat oil and Mary oil and Gas vocational schools.
20 prizes were awarded to the participants of the Olympiad in computer science. Ogulgerek Agamyradova and Novgul Permanova, students of the Pedagogical School named after her, took the first 4 places. Khidyr Deryaev, as well as Akhmed Ataniyazov and Didar Akhmedov, students Ashgabat and Bayramali agro-industrial vocational schools.
Computer science experts from these schools, as well as the Balkanabat Oil, Mary Oil and Gas, Ashgabat Mechanical and Technological, Turkmenabat and Dashoguz agro-industrial vocational schools, and the Aman Pedagogical School received 8 second and the same number of third places Kekilov and the School of Public Utilities in Mary.
The winners of the subject Olympiads will be awarded diplomas and medals from the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen State Agricultural University.
The Olympiads were held in order to stimulate and support students' interest in the study of sciences, create positive conditions for their intellectual development, deepen theoretical knowledge and improve practical skills of students, as well as expand and strengthen interaction between higher and secondary professional educational institutions of the country.
The Olympiads were held within the framework of the action plan aimed at implementing the "Concept of improving the teaching of subjects in natural and exact sciences in Turkmenistan" and the "Concept of developing the digital education system in Turkmenistan".
