From November 29 to December 10, a special course on the development of startup platforms (business incubators) for representatives of educational institutions of Turkmenistan is being held at the Makhtumkuli Turkmen State University on the basis of the Turkmen-Indian Center for Innovative Technologies.
The course is entitled "Development of innovative entrepreneurship platforms in professional educational institutions. Fundamentals of Business Mentoring" brought together more than 30 teachers and staff from 17 higher and secondary vocational educational institutions in the country.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan together with the National Public Associations "Union of Economists Turkmenistan" and "Achievements of the youth of Turkmenistan" with the support of successfully operating business incubators "Maslahatly Chozgut", "Startup Merkesi" and "Export Consulting".
As you know, the main source of effective development and competitiveness of the national economy is the introduction of innovations in all areas, which is the result of the implementation of innovative startup ideas and scientific developments. Work on their the creation is carried out on startup platforms, about 40% of which in the countries of the world are based in educational institutions.
The successful development of a business incubator system based on educational institutions requires the right approach, the participation of specialists, organizational, legal, and technical support. Based on this, the program of the current course includes such important and modern topics as startup startup technologies, effective marketing strategies for startups, digitalization of startup implementation monitoring, technological trends, artificial intelligence and ethical aspects of its use, stages of startup development and mentoring processes, as well as many other relevant and in-demand issues. It also provides for the practical involvement of participants in order to obtain appropriate skills for working in business companies. The main objectives of the course are to create startup platforms in all 17 educational institutions of the country, train staff for these platforms, as well as train mentors who will help young scientists, authors of startup ideas to put their innovative projects into practice.
The special course, which brought together representatives of educational institutions of the capital and all regions of the country, is aimed at solving priority tasks set in the state and related to the accelerated transition to an innovative economy.
The organizers of the course hope that its implementation will give an impetus to the successful implementation of innovative approaches in educational institutions and increase the sustainability of their work through the commercialization of startups, which will ultimately contribute to innovative development and strengthen the power of our country's economy.
