The Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan will host an open brain-ring with the participation of the country's student youth, timed to coincide with the celebration International Day of Neutrality, as well as the upcoming New Year in 2025.

An intellectual competition called “Hemişelik Bitaraplyk - Baky bagtyýarlyk”, organized by the university with the support of The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, will be held on December 8. Applications for participation in the competition have already been submitted by 15 higher educational institutions. Among them is the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli, State Medical University Turkmenistan named after Myrat Garryev, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country and others.

From each university, 1 team consisting of 6 students will compete in the competition. Brain-ring will be held in Turkmen, Russian and English languages. According to the terms of the game, the teams will have to answer each question of the moderator within 1 minute a clearly worded response in writing. Interesting questions on the topics of Turkmenistan's neutrality, the peaceful foreign policy strategy of the state, and its friendly relations have been prepared for the participants of the brainstorming session relations with the countries of the world, achievements and development of the country in the past year, as well as traditions of celebrating the New Year.

The results of the competition will be announced by the jury, which will include representatives of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The winners will be awarded diplomas of relevant degrees from the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan and gifts from the sponsors of the game.

The student brain-ring is primarily aimed at fostering patriotism, spiritual and moral qualities of young people, promoting peace, friendship, kindness, and the formation of the younger generation responsible for the fate of their country.

In addition, among the objectives of the event is to identify the most capable, broad-minded youth representatives with extensive knowledge in the field of politics, history, diplomacy, as well as deepening this knowledge, stimulating and supporting young talents and expanding educational interaction between higher education institutions Turkmenistan.
