The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan hosted an award ceremony for the winners of secondary schools in Turkmenistan the XXI International Zhautyk Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science "IZhO-2025", held in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from January 13 to 17.
2 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals, in total, 12 medals – this is the brilliant result of the participation of the national team of science experts from Turkmenistan in the Olympiad.

The largest number of medalists was determined in the field of mathematics.
The gold medal was won by Khamza Allaberdyev, a student of the 12th grade secondary school No.135 in Ashgabat with advanced study of English.

Maksat Babageldiev, a 12th grade student at the same school, was awarded a silver medal. Silver was also awarded to Begench Akmyradov, a student of the 11th grade of secondary specialized school No. 49 in Ashgabat with an in-depth study of mathematics and English language.
Students of the capital's specialized secondary school No. 86 with advanced studies in English, chemistry and biology distinguished themselves in the competition. Rahim Agamyradov, a 12th grade student, won a silver medal, 11th grade students – Maliksha Meylismuradov, Sanzhar Khojaniyazov and Begli Ishanmyradov received bronze medals.

Two more bronze medals were won by Myrat Ruslanov, a 10th grade student.
Ashgabat city Specialized Secondary School No. 97 with advanced study of languages and Khudaiguly Khudaiberenov, a student 11th grade of Saparmyrat specialized boarding school Turkmenbashi.

Following the results of the Physics Olympiad, Nuryev was awarded the gold medal.
Jumadurdy, a student of the 12th grade of the specialized boarding school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi. Dovlet got the silver Annamyradov, a student of the 12th grade of secondary school No. 43 Sakarchaginsky etrap of Mary Velayat.
In the field of computer science, Atlas became the bronze medalist.

Amanmyradov, 11th grade student at specialized secondary school No. 86 in Ashgabat with advanced English teaching language, chemistry and biology.
In total, 21 schoolchildren joined the Turkmen team, which was led by 5 teachers - mathematics teacher Palvan Agamyradov, Myrat Sapaev, Rasul Myradov, physics teacher Berdimyrat Charyev and computer science teacher Ovezgeldi Dzhanaliev.
In total, about 700 schoolchildren and 150 teachers from 15 countries took part in the Olympiad, including Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Mongolia.

During the award ceremony at the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, school students were congratulated on their successful performance in the prestigious international competition, where they worthily represented their country. It was emphasized that the excellent results of schoolchildren's participation in the Olympiad were the first significant achievement of the Turkmen youth in the new year 2025, proclaimed the International Year of Peace and Trust.
Numerous good wishes were expressed to the students for further diligent and fruitful studies, success, creative, athletic, scientific achievements and new bright victories in the future.
The winners of the XXI International Zhautykov Olympiad were awarded with well-deserved diplomas, medals and valuable gifts.
