At the invitation of the Office of Personnel Management of the President of the Republic of Turkey a delegation consisting of students and a teacher from the Academy of Public Administration of Turkmenistan is on a working visit to Ankara.
The visit was organized as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on the development of cooperation in the field of human resource management between the Academy of Public Administration of Turkmenistan and the Office of the Personnel Department of the President of the Republic of Turkey, signed in Ankara in In 2023, as part of the official visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Turkey.
In the first days of the working visit, the first meeting was held Institute of Human Resource Development of the Turkic World (TIKGE) within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States. The meeting was held at the National Presidential Library of Turkey, which was attended by representatives of the Academies of Public Administration and Public Administration of Turkmenistan., Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. During the visit, the Turkmen participants will listen to a number of lectures and trainings, including topics such as human resource management, climate change issues, cultural and economic prospects of the Republic of Turkey.
On the day of arrival, as part of the cultural program, guests from Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan visited historical sites and museums in Istanbul. They were particularly impressed by visiting such attractions as St. Mary's Cathedral. Sofia, "Blue Mosque" Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapi Palace with these events are connected with events that played a major role in shaping Turkey and its rich culture.
The representative of the delegation of Turkmenistan, Yazmyrat Kulaev, expressed thanks for the hospitality provided in Turkey. He also stressed that the negotiations that will take place within the framework of the programs will undoubtedly contribute to strengthening friendly relations between the two countries, and expressed full confidence that a solid foundation for joint projects will be laid.
