President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree “On the Pardon to Convicted Persons in Honour of the 26th anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan ”. In accordance with the document, a number of citizens of our country as well as foreign states will be released from further serving their sentence.
