By the Turkmen State Publishing Service on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has released new textbooks for secondary schools in the country.

The textbook "French language" (a second foreign language) was prepared by the authors J. Ovezova, G. Toylieva, H. Bayryev, T. Charyeva and is intended for students of grades 12 of secondary schools.

The new edition fully complies with the approved curriculum for learning French in schools. The textbook consists of eight sections that contain texts, dialogues, exercises, and grammar information, presented in a volume that takes into account the age characteristics of students. The textbook materials are complemented by colorful thematic illustrations. To expand the vocabulary, there is a dictionary in three languages at the end of the textbook. The approach of the compilers of the textbook is aimed at developing students' speaking, reading and writing skills in French. The textbook has been prepared taking into account modern requirements and methods of teaching foreign languages.

New textbook "Modeling and graphics" for grades 12 with Russian the language of instruction was released in connection with the updating of the educational program for grades 11-12 of secondary schools with in-depth study of exact sciences. The authors of the book are O.Babakuliyeva and G.Madamanova.

The textbook includes two main sections: "Modeling in a word processor environment" and "Modeling in a spreadsheet", which provides a systematic mastery of key aspects of the subject. The textbook consists of eight chapters covering topics such as "Structural models", "Modeling stages in a spreadsheet", "Calculating geometric parameters of an object" and others.

The textbook discusses in detail the fundamental concepts and functional purpose of modeling in various fields.

The consolidation of theoretical material and the acquisition of practical skills are provided through the included independent work.

The main purpose of the textbook is to form students' holistic understanding of models and the modeling process, to establish relationships between natural and life phenomena and their model image, as well as to develop algorithmic, logical and creative thinking, and research skills in working with models and interpreting the results.

For grades 12 with Russian as the language of instruction, the author is Ch.Shalliev has prepared a textbook "Fundamentals of Economics". The author of the textbook offers an updated approach to the structuring of educational material and the sequence of its study. The textbook consists of one section and seven chapters, and also includes a short dictionary and test questions with answers. The textbook covers such topics as "Market economy", "Entrepreneurship and its financing", "Banking system", "State budget and taxes", "World Economy", etc. The new editions also include a textbook "Social Studies" for grades 12 with Russian as the language of instruction. Its authors are P.Aydogdyev, Ya.Nuryev, G.Khanov, H.Dzhumabayeva. The textbook covers a wide range of topics on the social sphere, national economy, politics and the legal system of the state, as well as the country's foreign policy and their role in society.

The textbook concludes with a section dealing with the topic of human influence on nature and modern environmental challenges.

The textbook is designed to provide students with a holistic view of the socio-economic, political and legal processes taking place in Turkmenistan in the context of ongoing reforms and national priorities.

The new textbook "Arabic language" (the second foreign language) by D. Atayeva, A. Yazgulyeva, A. Garayeva is intended for students of grades 10 of secondary schools. The textbook consists of 7 chapters describing the topics "My family and me", "Culture and me", "Society and me", "My dear Homeland", "Nature and me", "Journey and me", "My future and me".

The textbook includes entertaining texts, dialogues, exercises and puzzles, as well as dictionaries and grammar rules designed to enrich students' written and oral skills. In addition, by reading the materials in simple Arabic, students will acquire useful information about the culture, national traditions and values of the Turkmen and Arab peoples, and the unique nature of the friendly countries.

Colorful illustrations accompanying the presented materials will help to facilitate understanding.

Another new textbook "Turkmen language" for 11th grades with Russian the language of instruction was prepared by the authors M. Penjiev, K. Babayev, G.Abdyev, M. Goshayeva, O. Durdyeva.

The textbook consists of an introduction, sections on phonetics, vocabulary, syntax and morphology of the Turkmen language.

Entertaining exercises that are given at the end of each section of the textbook will help students consolidate their knowledge and test their oral and written skills. In modern conditions of rapid development and improvement of the national system of science and education, the publication of new textbooks this is due to the need for an updated approach to the structure and content of the entire educational process, the modernization of curricula and their content, and the introduction of interactive teaching methods.
