From May 5 to 10, the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages organized professional development training for English language teachers from higher and secondary vocational educational institutions across the country.
Methodological sessions were conducted by the institute’s teachers in English. Professor Wendy Coulson, consultant at the Norwich Institute for Language Education (NILE), England, and Professor Nguyen Ngọc Vu, director of the Research and Methodological Institute at Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology, Vietnam, were invited for the online sessions.

To improve the professional level of English teachers, the methodological sessions were based on extensive scientific information on grammar, speech culture, and modern foreign language teaching methodologies.
The professional development courses enabled teachers to deepen their knowledge of advanced teaching methods and strengthen their practical skills, greatly contributing to the improvement of their pedagogical mastery.
