The World Health Organization Country Office in Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and the M. Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan, conducted an intensive English language course for medical students.

The course was organized with the goal of mastering medical terminology to enable effective communication with patients and to facilitate further participation in academic and clinical discussions with international experts. The course lasted for two weeks. Through interactive games, the students significantly improved their fluency in English conversation, which instilled confidence in their use of English in a professional setting.
