A vibrant pedagogical festival called "The Perfect Teacher – the Perfect Generation" was held in the city Balkanabad with great success.

An event organized jointly by the Ministry of Education Turkmenistan and the Kämil Bilim Training Center have brought together more than a hundred talented secondary school teachers from the western region of the country.

The program of the festival includes methodological seminars, which have become a significant and effective part of the event for teachers. During these seminars, teachers had a great opportunity to exchange professional experience and discuss tasks in such important areas as the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process and modern methods of teaching foreign languages using digital means. The teachers also discussed in detail the topics of proper planning and allocation of time in the lesson, as well as effective classroom management in modern conditions of digital transformation of education.

As part of the festival, an interesting exhibition was organized for the participants, which widely demonstrated the achievements of teachers and students the western region of the country. Entertaining projects, developments in the field of robotics, methodological materials, manuals on mental arithmetic and teaching foreign languages at school were presented here.

The festive mood that the festival gave to all participants was enhanced by the rousing and colorful musical performances of the pupils of the Kämil Bilim training center.

According to the organizers, the festival has become a valuable platform for teachers to share useful knowledge and expand their experience in applying innovative approaches to teaching.
