According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov,

Magtymguly Bayramdurdiyev was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Water Management of Turkmenistan on water management and construction;

Serdar Jelilov was appointed as the Chairman of the Economic Risks Protection Agency under the Ministry of Finances and Economy of Turkmenistan.
