President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his working visit in the Balkan velayat held a field meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers which took place at Avaza "Serdar". On his agenda were the priority issues of public life and the projects of some important documents. The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the Mejlis, heads of military and law enforcement agencies a number of ministries and departments khyakims provinces of the country.
The President congratulated those present and in their face all the fellow countrymen with the beginning of the holy month of Oraza as well as the upcoming Day of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.
The Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan reported on preparations for the opening ceremony of the second phase of cotton mill in the city of Abadan Akhal velayat implementing the "Program of economic and financial and banking system of Turkmenistan for 2012-2016 years" the results of the 12th session of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation in Tehran on the main results of the next joint meeting of the Turkmen-Japanese and Sino-Turkmen economic cooperation committees, held July 19 in Tokyo. It was noted that in preparation for the coming social and political action were created electoral districts for the 6100 election of members of the Gengeshi in areas in the districts of cities, towns, gengeshliks. Within the county was formed in 1779 polling stations set up and precinct election commissions, voter lists specified. In the composition of election commissions included workers in various industries, made by public organizations and associations, as well as citizens' groups. At present time was completed nomination and continuing registration of candidates to the deputies of the Mejlis and gengeshes in two constituencies - № 26 Kaahkinskiy district of Akhal velayat and № 99 of Mary.

The Turkmen leader also supported the proposal to increase in 2012 the number of students taken in Ashgabat medical vocational school named I.Gandi namely the admission of 10 people on the dental profession in order to provide Dental Center, which will be commissioned in 2013, specialists with secondary vocational education.
President of Turkmenistan approved the proposal to establish cooperation with shipyard «ULJANIK» Republic of Croatia.
