President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree “On the Pardon to Convicted Persons in Honour of the sacred Night of Omnipotence - Gadyr Gijesi”.

In accordance with Decree pardoned persons are to be relieved from the main as well as additional punishment such as the liability to reside in a certain locality.
