President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the director-general of “Schtrabag CE” Company (Austria) Hans Peter Hazelschtainer.
In the course of the meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his guest discussed the possibilities of establishment of close cooperation, having vast prospects taking into account experience accumulated by the Austrian company and grandiose plans of Turkmenistan on further development of national economy and its key sectors. As it was noted, one of the important spheres of application of mutual interests can become the construction of modern highways of international significance and accomplishment of the tourist zones. Turkmenistan, which plays key role in the region, attaches particular significance to their creation, taking into account the existing vast transit and transport potential as well as the scale plans on development of tourism industry.
